Please note this is only a guide and every individual garment will have specific measurements. Always check the notes under the product for the finished measurements.

Payment

Paypal- We accept Paypal payments through our webstore. Payment is expected as soon as you order. Credit card payments are instant but bank transactions must be cleared before your item is shipped. Your items will be shipped 1-2 business days after your payment is received.

Money Orders- Your payment must be received in 10 business days, unless special arrangements are made. Your item will be shipped 1-2 days after your payment is received.

Shipping

You item will be shipped 1-2 business days after your payment has been received. I ship world-wide from my Etsy store. Please confirm your address when buying so you can be sure your item will get to you. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS!

Refunds/Exchanges

I currently do not accept returns. Please make sure you read the product description carefully before you order. If there is a problem, such as the wrong item or size was sent, email me and we can personally work out an exchange only. The item must be sent back at your own expense. Email me if you have any questions. Please be sure to read the size charts and description throughly before ordering to avoid any complications.

Equipment

I use a Kenmore Sewing Machine and a Juki MO-634DEV serger. I use a HP Photosmart M425 camera.

Fabrics

All of the fabric I use is checked for flaws and of the highest quality. I like to use fleece, cotton blends, terrycloth, flannelet and various knits. I get 90% of all my fabrics from Fabricland and eBay. Some is recycled from various thrift stores. (See product descriptions!)

Allergies

All items come from a smoke-free and pet free home!

Product Care

I recommend hand washing and hang drying anything with lace, ribbon or tulle. (This lets you get the most wear out of your item.) All other products can be machine washed and dried. Hair accessories should not be washed, hand wash and dry if necessary.
